Express as Rational Number

Exponents can be expressed as rational numbers ( a rational number is a number that can be expressed as the quotient or fraction frac{p}{q} of two integers, a numerator p, and a non-zero denominator q)

If x is a rational number and m is a positive integer, then x^{m}=xtimes xtimes xtimes xtimes x....m ;times, where x is the base and m is called exponent or power. For example, we have
